Weather Ready
Ceremony Location Flexibility
Rain is often brief, especially in summer, and we schedule ceremonies with this in mind. If needed, our indoor chapel can be set up 30 minutes before the ceremony, allowing you exibility to decide. For larger gatherings or tent setups, we recommend making the call at least 60 minutes in advance.
If the skies clear last minute, we’re happy to move the ceremony outdoors—just keep in mind that damp chairs may require guests to stand. Our trained DJs, familiar with our equipment, ensure quick transitions when needed, keeping your day stress-free.
Cocktail Hour & Dinner Experiences
Rain or shine, your cocktail hour will be a hit. While setups in the garden require 90 minutes and may remain indoors if rain is likely, guests can still venture outside with drinks in hand to enjoy the scenery. After dinner, guests can explore our rooftop pavilion to take in breathtaking sunset views over the lake or stroll the grounds on balmy evenings, making your wedding a truly unforgettable experience.
For an extra touch of charm, we light a beachside bonre (conditions permitting). Guests can enjoy s'mores, cigars, and the unique joy of gathering under the stars—a memory they’ll talk about for years to come.

Hurricanes
If a major storm like a hurricane is forecasted, we’ll work with you to reschedule your event, prioritizing safety above all else.
Tornadoes
While rare, we’ve prepared a secure bunker to protect all guests if needed, ensuring everyone remains safe until the storm passes.
Humidity
We monitor conditions to prevent issues like tile condensation under the tent and take steps to address them when necessary.
Power Outages
A backup generator ensures we maintain lighting, sound, and essential functions so your celebration can continue uninterrupted.
