We have confidence in your creative spirit, so as long as it stays within our policies, have at it and let’s see what you can come up with. It’s so exciting to see what couples do to celebrate their passion at Eagle Lake!

Not into DIY?

Eagle Lake offers a unique option for couples getting married at our venue to use any of the following inventory items for free on their wedding day. Please note that these items may not be taken offsite and are not available to rent for use outside of our venue.

The list presented here is what we have available as of the summer of 2024. We will be adding quite a bit to this offering over the coming months, so check back often. We will do our best to keep our inventory list up to date but there’s no doubt we’ll find pretty things to add to our decor closet before we get them added to our online inventory. If you found something you love at a decor visit, but do not see it on the website yet, just add a description to your online planner and our team will get it ready with the rest of your decor.

Plan to attend one of our open houses to see all that we have available.

1.  Review the inventory below, print out the sheet and email us a copy with the items you want for your big day circled. (It is easy to go grab something out of the closet that isn't on your list, so please only circle items you're sure you want to utilize.)

2. Your inventory selections must be submitted no later than the date listed in your online planner.
