Perfect for couples seeking to elope, those planning vow renewals, and partners eager to celebrate their union while ensuring they have stunning wedding photographs.

What’s Included:

  • 10 am access to the bridal suite for hair and makeup

  • 5-hour celebration: 3:00 pm ceremony in either the outdoor amphitheater or the chapel, with an arch.

  • Cocktail hour, hors d'oeuvres and buffet dinner, non-alcoholic beverages with serving staff in the reception tent.

  • Buy your own Alcohol

  • Table centerpieces and linens

  • One Lake Staff attendant and golfcart shuttle.

  • DJ and sound system

  • Day-of coordinator

  • Music and dance till 8 pm

  • Buffet setup with choice of salad, pasta, two protein entrees, two vegetables, beverages and desert table.

  • Up to 20 of your closest family and friends included, with an option to add up to 30 additional guests for an additional $100 per person maximum 50 guests.

  • Invite your own officiant to personalize your intimate wedding and a photographer to capture moments.

Transparent Pricing - $4,970 for up to 20 Guests Including the wedding Party

Other Important Details:

  • $100 per person for additional Guests over 20, up to a max of 50 guests. Total with 50 guests is $7,970

  • Add $400 for a bartender if you’re including alcohol. We can suggest a discount alcohol supplier that will deliver to the venue and pick up unused liquor and un-chilled wine for a full refund. Estimate $15 to $20 per person for this cost.

  • The 5-hour celebration begins at 3 and ends at 8.

  • Ceremony will be located in either the outdoor amphitheater or the indoor chapel

  • Cocktails and reception will be in the reception tent. Guests will have full access to explore the Koi Garden and rooftop overview, including golf cart rides to the roof.

  • We can recommend several good photographers, or you can bring your own! Photography is not included, and our recommended photographers charge $1,500 - $1,800 for this type of 3-hour event.

  • To request a date, email us at Hello@EstateAtEagleLake.com. In order to book the date, a 50% deposit is required when you sign your contract. The remaining rental fee will be due 30 days in advance.
