Booking Terms: $1,500 down, balance split in two equal payments.

Bugs, something no one mentions, are a non-issue. (We don’t use chemicals. Yes, by late summer some will always be present, and we supply a homemade nontoxic insect repellent for your guests that guarantees they won’t bite, but most people won’t notice them.)
